Subject: wiring kanalog with mr-j2s servo amp..
Hi I'm a newbie
I bought a kflop/kanalog set.

about 5 month ago.....

but I couldn't wiring kanalog with my mitsbishi servo motors...

exactly, which connector of mr- j2s should be wired with kanalog...

here is a picture of a part of mr-j2s manual..
please help...

(I found out that LA,LB on mr-j2s should be wired with A0+ and A0- on JP1 a month ago!! yahoo!!!)

Is there any posting for newbie like me explaned about wiring???

I couldn't find out at all.. where is it....??

I'm exhausted..

how could I upload my files on massage?
I think you need mr-j2s manual..
(I 'm newbie on yahoo groups as well..)

if its a j2s - a     series amplifier? it runs way smoother and more accurate in position mode (step/direction)
you can still use the amps encoder output if you want to close the loop into kflop (but there is no need- i have over 60 of these running in my machinery and have never lost a step! )
this is the easiest way to set it up- with least parameter changes and full automatic tuning- which it does on the fly.
i can help with wiring/ parameters and setup software if required - (if you cant understand the manual)
the first ones i did took ages to work out!

actually.. I did't have any understand about electric/motion controll at all.

that's why I took a too much time to just have it (without use/set up)

but kanalog is wired by speed controlled servo isn't it?

could you give your information of your machinary??

You might start by testing your Amplifiers with this simple test from the wiki:

first things first.
what exact model number are your drives?- and motors? (makes a difference)
do you have correct encoder leads for motors? with correct plug to cn3 on drive? 
do you have spare solderable plugs that will fit sockets cn1a and cn1b?
do you have a serial lead to connect to a pc?
do you have mr-j2s setup software for pc? 
is your eye sight good and can you solder wires to plugs?

you need to be able to make up plugs to get any of it going.

yeah.
I studied about what you are saying in 5month.
I prepared 10320 connectors and sheid cable,
and I sordered those cn1a/b cables
It was very hard to me.
I didn't know which pin I need on 10320 connector
So I made 8 cables soldered their all pins!!!
 (Oh...sorry to my eyes and back neck..)

and yesterday. I played my hc-kfs 730 with mr-j2s70a by jog mod.

I conld turn it just 200rpm only..
I think it is limited in jog mode.

Couldn't upload movie that I was playing those servo.
anyway. I checked my servos work well.
and you are saying that the links is next step for me, right?

great- if you had it working in jog mode you are half way there !- 
did you follow my wiring on cnczone link i sent a while back for cn1b and cn1a ?

i will send exact pin wiring for position mode - step/direction firstly- as its much easier to get running and test everything. (you can change to analogue full closed loop after if you wish)

i will copy parameters from one of my working j2s-70-a drives later for you and post them here.

what is your machine going to be?- a mill, router, lathe? etc. 

are you on facebook? as i can load the setup software in my file section for you to download (over 10 meg file)
i dont know if i can add big files here?? confirmation anyone?

in your machine- do you have a good 24v power supply that you can use? (just for control circuits)
i have not used a kanalog- can you switch 24v circuits with it?

 if not add a relay bank- switched with 5v.
(i use 8 relay 5v opto isolated relay banks off ebay- very cheap and work well)
like these- which work active high or low. 8-Channel 5V Relay Module High and Low Level Trigger with Opto Isolation Arduino

So I decide to follow someone's wiring picture
or tesk written wiring.

Whatever someone didn't use same servo with me ,

I might try to find out which pin is same one on
